Directions from Clive Sullivan Way, (A63)
Continue north along Hessle Road
Go straight on at the lights onto Garrison Road
Through the next lights and stay in the left lane over Myton Bridge
At the roundabout, take the FIRST exit heading west
Exit roundabout onto A1165 [Great Union Street] carrying on south west onto Cleveland Street
Turn RIGHT (east) onto Spyvee Street
Carry on North for 200 yards
Arrive at Rix on the left hand side
