Nitrogen Oxide emissions from BioDiesel are comparable with those from ultra low sulphur diesel (ULSD) but can be significantly reduced by adjustment to the engine’s timing. Catalytic converters, which reduce emissions from fossil diesel, also function effectively with BioDiesel.
